Congratulations to Troy Dashkewytch for completing the Indigenous Canada course offered by the University of Alberta! Troy is the first of many Compass employees who are working towards this certificate.

To our friends,
Though it has been a difficult year, these hard times have showcased the community spirit of Albertans. Our generous nature is something that we should all be incredibly proud of!
This holiday season Compass Geomatics has opened a fund-raising campaign for Food Banks Alberta. The need for their services has increased greatly, and the impact of their efforts can be seen directly within our communities. To kick things off we have made a donation of $1000, and encourage anyone who has the means to contribute with us. Donation total updates will be posted on our social media throughout the month.
To donate go to http://foodbanksalberta.ca/donate/ and select “Compass Geomatics” from the fund drop down menu. All donations will receive a tax receipt.
Our best wishes to you and your families!
Extremely proud of our team who were the recipients of the 2020 Building Industry & Land Development (BILD) Service Professional of the Year award!
Compass Geomatics is excited to welcome Troy Dashkewytch to our team in the role of Business Development Manager. Troy has been engaged in the survey industry since 1995 and brings over 25 years of field, safety, project management, ownership, and business development background in the geomatics profession. We are very proud to showcase the effort of one of our employees, Kyla Florent. She saw a social media post by a health care worker requesting mask adapters and created several types using Compass’ 3D printer. This started as a single request but has turned into dozens. If you work in health care and need a mask adapter contact Compass Geomatics via our social media and we will provide you one free of charge (we will continue to print until our 3D printer stops working). Stay safe!
